Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Instructions:
- You will enjoy a ten-day cooling-off period upon arrival of the product ( note! The cooling-off period is not a trial period ) . The returned product must be in new condition and with complete packaging . Once the product is unpacked, its value is damaged and it can only be sold as a welfare product. If a return or exchange is required, we will charge a fee for the loss of value (restoration to the original state, refurbishment fee). - Items can only be exchanged once.
- Unless the personal hygiene products themselves are defective, you still have the right to return unopened products within a ten-day cooling-off period. However, if the package has been opened (such as cutting the label, putting it in water, etc.), according to the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communication Transactions", our store cannot accept returns or exchanges.
※Personal hygiene products: refers to products that come into contact with the skin and private parts of the human body, such as underwear (including invisible bras, bra straps, breast stickers, transparent shoulder straps, breast pads, petticoats), body shapers (including vests, girdle, leggings, waist clips, inner wear), swimwear, socks, diapers, toothbrushes, etc.
Delivery Service:
- The product delivery area we provide is currently global.
- The actual delivery date, return and exchange date of the goods shall be subject to the content notified to you separately by us.
- For large items (including baby strollers, cribs, etc.), we will have someone contact you within one day (excluding holidays) to confirm the delivery details after payment is completed. The manufacturer will inform you of the remote area, floor fees and other surcharges when agreeing on delivery. The manufacturer reserves the right to decide whether to ship the product.
- If you do not notify us of the shipment and receipt of the goods within 30 days after receiving the order for the goods specified by the customer (the goods to be delivered), in order to protect your rights, the company may cancel the order and ask the customer to place a new order.
After-sales service:

Special Notes:
- After we receive your order (offer), we still need to confirm that the transaction conditions are correct and the goods are in stock or the services can be provided.
